   a. RAWR XO provides personalization services, allowing you to customize apparel and accessories with designs, text, or graphics.
   b. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or use for customization. Please ensure that your designs or text do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights or violate any laws. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem inappropriate or offensive.
3. Order Placement and Acceptance:
   a. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
   b. Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order but acknowledges that we have received it.
   c. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there are issues with product availability, pricing, payment, or any other unforeseen circumstance. In such cases, we will provide a refund for the canceled order.
4. Pricing and Payment:
   a. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The final price will be displayed during the checkout process.
   b. Payments for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the checkout process.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

   b. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that were correctly customized and delivered without any defects. Please ensure the accuracy of your designs and order details before placing an order. For example, no refunds allowed for buyer remorse, wrong size, etc.
7. Intellectual Property:
   a. By submitting or uploading any designs, text, or graphics for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce the content.
   b. RAWR XO retains no ownership rights over the content you upload. However, we may use your designs for promotional purposes. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and distribute your designs for promotional purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability:
   a. RAWR XO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
   b. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, designs, or information provided on our website.
9. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, NY. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York, NY.
